I Value you as a client or perspective client and ask that you respect my cancel policy. Please remember to call or text as soon as you know you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
*Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service value. If I am able to fill the time slot, I will NOT charge you.
*Cancellations 3 hours or less will be charged 75% of the service value.
**ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE VALUE**
My scheduler sends a reminder text when you make the appointment and the day before your appointment. I am following this policy better this year!

If the no shows continue like they have been, I will be requesting a good credit card number just to book. I hope you understand.
